The UW-Rock County Library is located in Allen Hall. The materials, technology and staff play a critical role in the college learning experience. Named after our first Library Director, the Gary J. Lenox Library opened in January 2009. We serve the research needs of our students, faculty and staff. Using state-of-the-art technology, the library is a user-friendly and student-focused facility. Features include compact book shelving, group study rooms, a teaching computer lab, comfortable and traditional seating, beautiful views, natural lighting and plenty of study tables.

Library staff engage students in a friendly and comfortable way making learning interesting, exciting, rewarding and fun. We provide access to credible, reliable and up-to-date resources. We work hard to make the library a welcoming and pleasant place to work, relax, read and study. It is a place for reflection, meditation, communication, debate and collegiate conversation. It is our mission to teach skills that will assist everyone in the pursuit of knowledge and life-long learning.
