Apply for UW-Rock Scholarships by Feb. 27

JANESVILLE – Students who plan to study at the University of Wisconsin-Rock County in the fall 2009 semester should apply now for more than 40 scholarships available through the UW-Rock County Foundation.

Scholarships are available for students who demonstrate high academic achievement or financial need. Specific scholarships are also available for Janesville residents, handicapped or disabled residents of Rock County, and students who plan to enter particular fields. The application is the same for all scholarships.

Scholarship applications must be received by 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 27, 2009. Scholarship applications are also available through high school guidance counselors.
