Join us for an hour of slow movement designed to gently stretch and strengthen muscles, while relaxing mind and spirit. Soothe and reduce the stiffness and stress of daily life with basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. This non-competitive class is designed for everybody, regardless of fitness level. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Taekwondo is an exciting and powerful martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Although these martial art techniques are centuries old, programs are always evolving to keep pace with the rapidly changing world.

Taekwondo is a Korean style of martial arts known for its dynamic and powerful kicking and hand techniques. This class will cover basic blocks, kicks, strikes, forms and self-defense techniques. Students will develop skills, understand rules, and enjoy recreation through the martial art of Taekwondo.
