Transfer In/Out of UW-Rock County
UW-Rock County is primarily a transfer institution, offering the freshman/sophomore curriculum. Some students will complete their studies with our Associate of Arts and Science degree, but many will transfer to a baccalaureate institution (four-year college) to finish their bachelor’s degree.
Whether you start at UW-Rock County as a new freshman or as a student coming to us with previous credits, you will meet with an advisor who will help you assess your current situation and your academic goals. It’s important to understand what requirements you need to fulfill to transfer to your desired baccalaureate institution. Regular advising, augmented by information available from various online resources, can help you stay on track.

Baccalaureate institutions differ in application deadlines for transfer. You can check the current status of these deadlines on the HELP website. Some programs have application deadlines that are earlier than the institutional deadlines. Check for this information on the department web site.
Careful planning makes the transfer process smooth. The UW-Rock County Student Services Office is available to help you with that planning.
