Admissions Checklist

Our Admissions checklists will help you keep track of the materials that you need to provide during the application process. Below is your quick and easy reference defining the different categories of students admitted to UW-Rock County.

Student Type Definition
New Freshman Recent high school graduates or HSED/GED holders.
Returning Adult Student Students, 22 years of age or older, who wish to enter UW-Rock County.
Re-entry Student Students previously enrolled at UW-Rock County but not enrolled at a UW Colleges campus during the prior semester.
Transfer Student Students who have attended and earned credits at another university or technical college, and are in good academic standing.
Special Student Non-degree seeking students or those enrolled as “guest” students for six or fewer credits.
High School Student High school juniors or seniors who enter as special students or through the Youth Options Program.
